What affects the cost
One-off work is estimated after diagnosis. Ongoing maintenance uses an agreed scope and hour allowance. Infrastructure and paid services are listed separately; response times and support hours are agreed before work begins.

Yes, after reviewing the code and infrastructure. We first assess project condition, source code availability and constraints, then agree on the tasks we can cover and any work needed before ongoing support.
