Yonko IT provides software development services for websites, mobile apps, and IT infrastructure setup. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are fixed in a separate contract.
Payment is made according to the contract terms. Standard scheme — 50% prepayment before work begins, the remainder upon delivery.
After full payment, all rights to the developed product transfer to the client. We reserve the right to mention the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We are responsible for code quality and adherence to agreed requirements. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party use of the product.
